With locations in Kitchener, Montreal and Vancouver, we strive to create an energetic, fun workplace where ambitious, like-minded teammates collaborate, innovate, and thrive as we continue to grow our national footprint.

We are Quadbridge. See how we’re building tomorrow’s solutions, together.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior NetSuite Developer Lead to take full ownership of our NetSuite production environment. This is a pivotal role for a seasoned expert who can balance hands-on technical work with strategic oversight. You will act as the primary gatekeeper of our NetSuite system, ensuring all developments align with business needs, system integrity, and best practices. This includes leading development efforts, coordinating change management, quality assurance, and production releases while continuously optimizing for efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the health of the NetSuite production environment, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and performance optimization
  • Evaluate, scope, and oversee development requests from functional teams; assess feasibility and potential system impact
  • Serve as the primary gatekeeper for all NetSuite changes — vetting, prioritizing, and approving customizations and enhancements
  • Lead and document end-to-end system development lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch validation
  • Manage QA processes and production release planning for NetSuite features, integrations, and configurations
  • Log and maintain clear records of system changes and version history for audit and continuity purposes
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for production issues
  • Stay informed on NetSuite releases, new features, and ecosystem tools that could enhance business operations
  • Mentor and guide any junior NetSuite administrators or developers as the team scales
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 7+ years of hands-on NetSuite development experience, with deep understanding of NetSuite architecture, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk
  • Proven track record of managing production environments and development pipelines within a NetSuite ecosystem
  • Experience with NetSuite integrations (e.g., Celigo, Dell Boomi, custom APIs)
  • Strong understanding of roles, permissions, custom records, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports
  • Proficiency in scripting (SuiteScript 1.0 / 2.0), REST/SOAP APIs, and data migrations
  • Experience leading QA, UAT, and release cycles in an ERP environment
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
Preferred Qualifications
  • NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, SuiteCloud Developer)
  • Experience with sandbox management, change control procedures, and IT compliance best practices
  • Background in financial systems, operations, or supply chain is a plus
  • MuleSoft experience – nice to have
What Success Looks Like in This Role
  • A highly stable, efficient, and transparent NetSuite production environment
  • Development work that is well-scoped, well-documented, and aligned with business value
  • Proactive recommendations that lead to automation, optimization, and improved system performance
  • Clear visibility into system changes and a reliable QA and release process
  • High satisfaction from internal stakeholders relying on NetSuite for their daily operations
