Job summary

Bryant Park Consulting is seeking a Principal Consultant to advance ERP implementations and ongoing optimization for client environments. You will drive service transitions, lead cross‑regional teams, and advise on best practices in NetSuite and related integrations.

Responsible for client relationships, project profitability, and coordinating a 5+ consultant team across engagements while maintaining high service levels and strategic growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/advanced degree in Business, Accounting, CS, IS or MBA.
• 4+ years hands-on NetSuite experience incl. config, implementation, consulting/administration, support, escalations.
• NetSuite Certifications preferred – ERP Consultant or Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME and key contributor to service transition and service delivery for assigned accounts.
• Ensure client satisfaction on assigned accounts within SLAs; typically 3–6 projects.
• Lead and participate in initiatives to improve maturity and growth of Managed Services delivery.
• Design dashboards to track KPIs for proactive environment improvements.
