You are coming into the role with 4 or more years leading many end to end Netsuite implementations. The Role:

• Analyze complex business requirements and map business processes to NetSuite software
• Lead Netsuite implementations working closely with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements to design and execute tailored NetSuite solutions that align with their needs.
• Conduct comprehensive system assessments to identify optimization opportunities and recommend best practices for maximizing system efficiency and performance
• Design and execute end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Provide expert guidance on NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, Inventory Management, Order Management, and SuiteAnalytics.
• Develop custom scripts and workflows using SuiteScript and SuiteFlow to address unique client requirements and enhance system functionality.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on NetSuite integrations, data migration strategies, and third-party application integrations.
• Deliver training sessions and knowledge transfer activities to empower client teams to effectively utilize NetSuite and drive user adoption.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering ongoing support, troubleshooting assistance, and strategic advice to help them achieve their business goals.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, NetSuite updates, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance expertise and drive innovation.

Your Background and competencies:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Science or other related disciplines
• 4 or more years experience successfully leading high value, complex Netsuite implementations
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations

Knowledge

• Understanding of accounting principles and financial management
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite functionality, including but not limited to Financial Management, CRM, Inventory Management, and Order Management
• Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteAnalytics.

Problem Solving

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Client Communication and Relationship building

• Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to senior company officials and develop trust and strong relationships with clients.

Leadership Teamwork and Interpersonal

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Desirable Certifications - NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, ERP Consultant)
