Job summary

Sky High ERP, Inc. is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our remote team. You will lead NetSuite ERP implementations for small and mid-sized enterprises, and manage client relationships from discovery through delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, business or related field.

Qualifications for role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, ora relatedfield.

• 3+years of prior experience in a consulting role, focused on ERP systems.

• Demonstrated experience leading small to medium-sized ERP implementations fromend-to-endincluding all core business areas (Record to Report, Design to Build,Procureto Pay, Lead to Quote, Order to Cash).

• Strong communicationand interpersonal skills for direct engagement with clients and collaboration with internal teammates.

• Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage complex requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

• Ability to manage priorities, timelines, and team responsibilities in a fast-paced consulting environment.

• Proficiencywith Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Additional Assets:

• Previousexperience with NetSuite in a consulting roleis necessary

• NetSuite certifications (e.g.,SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant,SuiteCloudDeveloper) are highly desirable.

• Understandingofadditionalmodules such as Advanced Revenue Management, Fixed Assets,SuiteBilling, etc.

• Previousexperience mentoring or overseeing junior consultants.

• Familiarity with integration tools and platforms such asSuiteTalk,Dell Boomi, orCeligo.

• Experience configuring Workflows

Essential Duties for role:

• Serve as the lead consultant on new NetSuite ERP implementations for small to medium enterprises, managing end-to-end project delivery.

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients, overseeing ongoing support, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.

• Lead client calls and discovery sessions to gather and understand business requirements andobjectives.

• Design and architect comprehensive NetSuite solutions tailored to client needs across various business functions.Potential outputs include solution designs, process maps, cutover plans, etc.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• Configure and perform end-to-end testinginNetSuite to ensure client’s business requirements are successfully achieved.

• PrepareUser Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans andassistclients to perform their assigned tests

• Oversee data migration strategy and execution for simpler implementations, ensuring junior consultants or client teams are aligned.

• Lead complex data migration efforts, includingtemplate building,data formatting,dataimports, andvalidation

• Oversee and guide the work of junior consultants, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with project goals.

• Coordinate with integration specialists and technical teams to ensure smooth systemintegrations.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on best practices and scalable use of the NetSuite platform.

Optional Duties for role:

• Write and review customSuiteScriptcode and workflows to support business automation.

• Work with NetSuite’s in house tools or iPaaS solutions to integrate other systems with NetSuite.
