Job summary

Applus+ is seeking a Level II NDT Technician to oversee completion of inspections in accordance with codes and procedures. Travel and on-call duties are required.

You will mentor Level I and Trainee Technicians, ensure equipment calibration, and uphold safety, quality, and client expectations across projects in Canada.

The role demands strong technical knowledge of NDT methods, documentation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-production environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in NDT inspection.
• CGSB Level II UT certification.
• CNSC CEDO certification.
• Bruce Power Security Clearance.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform NDT field inspections per client, industry, and company standards.
• Complete required paperwork as per policies.
• Set up, calibrate, and ensure functionality of NDT equipment.
• Apply testing criteria per specifications for conventional and advanced methods.
• Mentor Level I and Trainee Technicians in compliance with codes and procedures.
• Oversee safety, quality, and reporting; travel within Canada as needed.
