Job summary

Applus+ seeks an experienced Level II NDT Technician to oversee field inspections across client sites in Canada. You will calibrate equipment, apply NDT methods per standards, and mentor Level I and Trainee Technicians while ensuring safety and quality in every report.

Travel within Canada is required, with on-call and overtime as needed. A strong commitment to ethics, compliance, and teamwork will be valued at Applus+.

Qualifications

• CGSB Level II UT Certification is required.
• CNSC CEDO certification is required.
• Bruce Power Security Clearance is required.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in NDT inspection.

Responsibilities

• Performs NDT field inspections in line with client and industry standards.
• Prepares all required paperwork to ensure compliance.
• Ensures equipment is calibrated, setup and functional per procedures.
• Applies testing criteria per applicable specifications for NDT methods.
• Mentors Level I and Trainee Technicians in line with codes and procedures.
• Promotes safety and maintains high quality inspection reporting.
• Represents Applus with groups, bodies, associations, and clients.
