Your role within the team:

As a member of the Vancouver office's Municipal Engineering team, you will:

1. Lead the design and preparation of storm drainage systems and underground civil site services.

2. Lead and coordinate with project teams in the planning, execution, and management of water resources projects.

3. Develop stormwater plans and models, and prepare engineering designs based on client specifications.

4. Support Team Lead and project managers with proposal writing, business development, and client support.

5. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.

The ideal candidate:

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related training.

• Has at least 10 years of relevant experience.

• Is proficient in English (spoken and written).

• Is a member of Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia (EGBC) and has his P.Eng. professional designation.

• Has knowledge of software such as HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, PCSWMM, Civil 3D, EPANET.

Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range $91,900 - $157,900 annually. Base salaries are determined based on skills, experience, and potential impact on the role, with internal and external competitiveness considered in our offers.
