Your role within the team

As a member of the Vancouver office's Municipal Engineering team, you will:

1. Lead the design and preparation of storm drainage systems and underground civil site services.
2. Lead and coordinate with project teams in the planning, execution, and management of water resources projects.
3. Develop stormwater plans and models, and prepare engineering designs based on client specifications.
4. Support Team Lead and project managers with proposal writing, business development, and client support.
5. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.

Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range $91,900 - $157,900 annually. Base salaries are determined according to skills, experience, and potential impact on the role, with consideration of internal and external competitiveness.
