Your role within the team

As a member of the Vancouver office's Municipal Engineering team, you will:

1. Lead the design and preparation of storm drainage systems and underground civil site services.
2. Coordinate with project teams in planning, executing, and managing water resources projects.
3. Develop stormwater plans and models; prepare engineering designs based on client specifications.
4. Support team leads and project managers with proposal writing, business development, and client support.
5. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Has at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Is proficient in spoken and written English.
• Is a member of Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia (EGBC) with a P.Eng. professional designation.
• Has knowledge of software such as HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, PCSWMM, Civil 3D, EPANET.

Expected compensation ranges from $91,900 to $157,900 annually, determined by skills, experience, and potential impact. We consider internal and external competitiveness in our offers.
