The position supports design and project management for municipal infrastructure, including water, sewers, roads, and drainage across multiple offices in Guelph, Kitchener, North York, or Downtown Toronto.

The role emphasizes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, fieldwork support, and embracing AI-enabled design tools to push creative problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a professional engineer in your field or eligible to register.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in civil engineering.
• Proven experience of 5+ years in consulting with track record of technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers and engineers in the design of municipal infrastructure (roads, water, sewers, drainage).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on schedule.
• Support fieldwork for construction observation and data collection as needed.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance design workflows and efficiency.
