Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Multi-Site General Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of accounts across Southern Vancouver Island. You will provide hands-on leadership across all lines of business, drive strong financial performance, and partner with clients and district leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery.

The role requires five+ years of senior management in food service or multi-site operations, with a focus on standards, safety, and talent development. Travel locally is expected.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience overseeing multi-site operations.
• Proven ability to manage P&Ls and drive financial performance.
• Strong relationship management with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to travel locally and seasonally as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership and oversight across all locations; ensure safe, efficient service delivery.
• Set expectations for standards; coach site teams with hands-on leadership.
• Conduct site visits, audits, and performance reviews for compliance.
• Ensure adherence to Aramark programs, policies, and safety standards.
• Lead client partnerships; support renewals and performance reviews.
• Own financial performance: revenue, labour, food cost, and contributions.
• Mentor and develop a multi-site management team; succession planning.
• Champion safety across all sites and address incidents promptly.
• Act as delegate for District Manager and support district initiatives.
