Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of multi-family residential construction management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Ontario Building Code and safety regulations.
• Understanding of contracts, plans and specifications, and trade scopes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction from excavation to warranty signoff within budget.
• Supervise daily trades, inspectors, and suppliers to ensure timeliness and quality.
• Coordinate material orders and deliveries with project schedule.
• Schedule early trades and manage site logistics for foundations and initial materials.
• Ensure compliance with Stelumar processes and Mattamy quality standards.
• Lead on-site staff, subcontractors, and inspectors, and prioritize safety.
