Litens is seeking a Senior Model Integration & MBSE Lead to own the integration, governance, and deployment of system-level engineering models across Virtual Engineering. This role connects models developed by Controls, Electrical, Mechanical, Thermal, CFD, EMC, Software, and Product Engineering teams, ensuring they are consistent, traceable, version-controlled, and deployable across MIL, SIL, HIL, Multi-Objective Optimization, and virtual validation workflows. A key part of this role is hands-on contribution to electrical, power electronics, motor, and control system modelling. The candidate must be able to understand and modify plant, motor, inverter, power electronics, and controls-oriented models so they can be reused across different applications and connected into a governed system model ecosystem.
Compensation: $125,000 to $140,000 annually
