Job summary

Geotab is seeking a Senior Mobile Software Developer to own the end‑to‑end mobile experience for iOS and Android. You will architect, build, and maintain scalable apps, lead technical design decisions, and mentor others to uphold high engineering standards across reliability, performance, and quality.

You will collaborate with backend, hardware, and firmware teams, integrating with our telematics backend and device ecosystem, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery and testing.

Qualifications

• Experience in native mobile development for iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and/or Android (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose).
• Experience with cross‑platform frameworks (React Native, Flutter) with native bridging.
• Strong ownership of end‑to‑end mobile features, reliability, performance and quality.
• Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines and release processes (App Store / Google Play).

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end mobile experience for Geotab's apps.
• Lead architecture decisions and ensure scalable, testable code.
• Mentor developers and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure data integrity and performance across the mobile stack.
