Job summary

OXIO Inc. is seeking a Mobile Support engineer to join our telecom team. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate real-time core network or infrastructure issues affecting customers, working with Level 3 escalation groups and global operator engineers.

You will maintain and improve OXIO’s network, perform fault investigation, and ensure network performance aligns with KPIs and SLAs. This role requires hands-on telecom expertise and a willingness to work a 24/7 on-call roster.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in telecom with L3 support
• Signalling analysis across 2G/3G/4G/VoLTE
• Solid OSI model and IPv4/IPv6 networking
• Wireshark traces analysis
• SS7 signalling knowledge
• Grafana/Prometheus/ElasticSearch proficiency
• Python/Linux/Bash basics
• Willingness for 24/7 on-call
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Cross-functional collaboration with global teams

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot and escalate real-time core network issues across 2G/3G/4G/5G.
• Collaborate with global mobile operator engineers for live tests and root-cause analysis.
• Create on-demand dashboards to monitor metrics and validate service restoration.
• Provide technical support to NOC and ensure KPI/SLA adherence.
• Liaise with MNOs to represent the telecom team.
