Job summary

Swiftlink Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced RFIC/mmWave design engineer to design integrated circuits for next-generation wireless communications, taking mmWave and analog core blocks from circuit architecture through layout and laboratory characterization.

You will perform simulations, drive schematic and layout methodologies, and engage in hands-on laboratory testing while interfacing with customers to meet performance requirements.

Qualifications

• PhD preferred; 3–5 years of industrial RFIC/mmWave design experience.
• Proven history of successful tape-outs or exceptional mmWave performance.
• Experience with RFIC design in RFSOI/CMOS technologies including RF switches, PAs, LNAs, attenuators, phase shifters and power combining.

Responsibilities

• Design ICs for mmWave and RFIC applications.
• Perform IC simulations and optimizations in Cadence, ADS, and HFSS environments.
• Drive design schematic, simulation, and layout methodologies.
