Job summary

A leading technology company in Ontario is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join its R&D team. The role involves developing and validating 802.11 mmWave radio and baseband ICs, debugging complex performance issues, and conducting field tests. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in relevant fields and expertise in programming with C, C++, and Python. This position offers a competitive salary range of CAD 95,000 to CAD 120,000 and the flexibility to work from home.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in electrical, computer, or Systems engineering.
• 1+ year experience with embedded devices preferred.
• Knowledge of networking protocols (UDP, TCP, Ethernet) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, characterize and validate 802.11 mmWave radio and baseband ICs.
• Debug and resolve complex performance issues in reference designs and modules.
• Conduct field testing of reference designs, and modules.
