Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior MLOps Engineer based in Canada to design, build, and scale ML infrastructure powering AI-driven government services.

As the first MLOps specialist, you will establish foundations for moving models from research to production, implement CI/CD for ML, monitor models, and collaborate with researchers, ML engineers, and software teams to deliver reliable, scalable AI systems.

Qualifikationen

• 6–10+ years in software or ML engineering with 3+ years in MLOps or ML infrastructure.
• Strong Python skills; experience with C/C++ and Bash is a plus.
• Production deployment of ML models and CI/CD for ML systems.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Proficient in ML experiment tracking and pipeline automation tools.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Build scalable infra for training and serving across cloud platforms including GPU workloads.
• Develop tools for data pipelines, labeling, experiment tracking, and retraining.
• Partner with researchers and engineers to productionize PoCs and ensure reproducibility.
• Implement CI/CD, automated tests, and deployment workflows for ML systems.
• Monitor production models for performance, data quality, and drift with observability.
