Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional ML engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI and large language models.
• Proficient in Python and ML algorithms; strong PyTorch experience.
• Strong fundamentals in MLOps, containerization, and cloud platforms.
• Excellent collaboration and communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields; Master’s/PhD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade ML systems and generative AI platforms.
• Drive AI innovation with hands‑on technical work and proofs-of-concept.
• Lead projects and set technical direction for ML initiatives.
• Mentor and elevate junior engineers across the team.
