Qualifications

• 18+ years in software or ML engineering with senior leadership roles
• Proven multi-team leadership across software and ML engineering
• Strong architectural command of modern software systems and cloud-native platforms
• Experience delivering large-scale systems or ML platforms from scratch
• Proven ability to attract, grow, and retain engineers and leaders
• Executive stakeholder management and communication
• Genuine AI curiosity and focus on impactful delivery
• Education: CS/ML related degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the Innovation Tribe with vision and accountability across three teams
• Set technical direction for AI-driven platforms, agentic systems, and automation
• Mentor three team leads and engineers; foster bold experimentation and learning
• Align IT strategy with business goals and communicate complex ML concepts to stakeholders
