Job summary

SiTime Canada is seeking a Systems Engineer to be the first to work on brand new devices from silicon designers. The role focuses on timing and high-speed signal disciplines used in wireless communications, data centers, and automotive infotainment.

Qualifications

• English proficiency required for professional environment.
• 3-5 years experience in high frequency signals, timing, or embedded systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or adjacent degree.
• Fully on-site, no ability for remote work.
• Knowledge of serial communication protocols (SPI, I2C, SMBus, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Device bring-up for new products and ensure pathways for power and signals.
• Confirm adherence to product requirements with design and verification teams.
• Design and implement automated tests using Python and lab equipment.
• PCB design and debugging for evaluation boards and signal lines.
• Prepare reports and communicate data throughout device lifecycles.
