Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant to join our growing team. This role requires a deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and a proven ability to lead technical discussions with senior client representatives. A key aspect of this position is driving business development opportunities by identifying and pursuing new client engagements. You will be a key contributor to both the technical delivery and the growth of our M365 practice. This is a client-facing role requiring strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise: Lead the design & implementation of Microsoft 365 services, including but not limited to: Copilot, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Teams Calling, Intune, Defender, and Microsoft Power Platform. Develop and deliver technical presentations and workshops. Steward client migrations and implementations. Provide expert-level support for M365-related issues.
  • Client Engagement: Lead technical discussions with senior client representatives, translating complex technical concepts into clear and concise business language. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Understand client needs and translate them into effective M365 solutions.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Microsoft 365 space. Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Participate in industry events and networking activities to generate leads.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to design and implement customized M365 solutions that meet their specific business requirements. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for M365 configurations and processes.
  • Team Leadership: Depending on experience, this role may involve mentoring and guiding junior technical staff.
Critical Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years focused on Microsoft 365 administration and consulting
  • Proven experience leading technical discussions with senior-level clients
  • Successful track record in business development, including lead generation, proposal writing, and closing deals
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 security best practices and compliance requirements
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (eg, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are highly desirable

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
