Job summary

GagaMuller Group is seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to lead client-side MEP delivery on a major hyperscale data centre project in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. You will oversee mechanical, electrical and plumbing construction through design development, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover, coordinating with the Project Director, design teams and subcontractors.

Qualifications

Degree, diploma, or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related discipline.
Strong understanding of MEP systems, installation, coordination, testing, and commissioning.
Experience with project management, scheduling, cost management and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

Lead client-side oversight of MEP construction activities across the project.
Coordinate interfaces between MEP and other disciplines, ensuring alignment with programme and budget.
Manage site activities, progress, quality, safety, and coordination across teams.
Support commissioning and handover with testing, defect resolution, and documentation.
Foster proactive collaboration with clients, contractors, and design teams.
