  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards
  • Ensure engaging and professional delivery of services on screen, including virtual group and individual sessions
Program Development & Evaluation
  • Collaborate with the Clinical & Recovery Manager and interdisciplinary team to shape the IOP design and adapt programming to meet the needs of young adults living with moderate to severe anxiety and depression
  • Use measurement-based care and validated outcome tools to assess participants’ progress and program effectiveness
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of using data and outcome measures to inform and improve clinical practice
  • Contribute to the development and review of clinical resources, program manuals, and fidelity tools
Collaboration & Capacity Building
  • Work closely with peer support workers, medical staff, program staff, and community partners to ensure integrated care that reflects a recovery-oriented and trauma-informed approach
  • Promote an inclusive, culturally responsive, and anti-oppressive clinical environment
  • Participate in cross-functional committees, case conferences, and staff meetings as needed
  • Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
