Job summary

Stella's Place in Toronto is seeking three Senior Mental Health Clinicians to lead an Intensive Outpatient Program and deliver evidence-based therapy to young adults aged 16–29.

You will provide DBT-informed group programming, social anxiety group work, and individual therapy, with a hybrid mix of in-person and virtual sessions. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and data-informed practice.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Registration in good standing with a regulated professional college.
• Minimum 5 years of psychotherapy experience with DBT and group therapy.
• Experience with intensive outpatient or stepped-care programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to young adults, including DBT-informed group programming and social anxiety groups.
• Lead and co-lead the three-day-per-week Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) with in-person and virtual modalities.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and case consultation to clinicians and interns.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation per regulatory standards.
• Shape the IOP design with the Clinical & Recovery Manager and assess outcomes with measurement-based care.
• Collaborate with peers and multidisciplinary staff to ensure integrated, trauma-informed care.
