Job description

At DUER, we turn fashion into technical apparel for people who live life in motion. We believe you shouldn’t have to change your clothes to keep up with your day — from your morning commute to your evening adventure. Inspired by modern, active individuals, we design clothing that performs with you — delivering maximum comfort, performance, and effortless style.

As a Men’s Designer, you’ll transform creative ideas into real-world products that inspire movement and confidence. Partnering closely with the Director of Product, you’ll bring innovation to life across categories in the men’s division, with a strong foundation in woven bottoms. You’ll immerse yourself in understanding the DUER customer — through market research, store shifts, and trend exploration — ensuring every design solves real problems and elevates the everyday experience.

You’re a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’re energized by challenges, driven by deadlines, and comfortable taking the lead from concept to final product. You balance creativity with accountability — ensuring fit, function, and development are executed to perfection.

What You’ll Do
  • Design with purpose: Create innovative, high-performance men’s apparel that fits seamlessly into an active lifestyle.
  • Collaborate and lead: Partner with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life — from sketches to production approvals.
  • Stay curious: Continuously seek out insights from consumers, culture, and industry trends to inform design decisions.
  • Elevate performance: Push boundaries in technical design while maintaining DUER’s signature aesthetic of style and versatility.
  • Grow your craft: Build your design portfolio through hands‑on experience, experimentation, and a genuine passion for apparel that moves people.
Why DUER

We’re a team that believes in doing things differently — where innovation meets lifestyle, and performance meets everyday wear. At DUER, you’ll be surrounded by curious, creative minds who are reimagining what clothing can do. Together, we make products that empower people to do more — comfortably, confidently, and sustainably.
