Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree (Master’s or PhD, or equivalent) in a health or life sciences discipline.
• Prior experience in medical communications with ability to translate complex data effectively.
• Genuine enthusiasm for science and medical communication.
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage time with minimal oversight.
• Professional maturity and openness to feedback, with a growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word (Excel familiarity is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Translate complex scientific and clinical data into clear, compelling medical communications.
• Develop high-quality materials such as slide decks, manuscripts, abstracts, posters, reports, and other scientific content.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client expectations and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and clients to shape content strategy and messaging.
• Manage multiple projects independently, balancing priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback constructively and refine deliverables to exceed expectations.
