About the Role

The position is primarily on-site, requiring hands-on involvement with equipment and operational teams. You will be responsible for analyzing equipment failures, developing strategies to prevent them, and optimizing maintenance programs to maximize uptime and minimize costs. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive mechanical reliability strategies for heavy industrial equipment.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of RCM methodologies and their application.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems in heavy industrial or mining equipment is highly desirable.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team on-site.
