Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience supporting large industrial construction projects, with emphasis on mechanical, electrical, and piping scopes.
• Experience working with clients, contractors, engineering teams, vendors, and subcontractors on large projects.
• Strong ability to read, interpret, and coordinate construction drawings, P&IDs, isometrics, specs, and 3D models.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and execution of mechanical and piping scopes across engineering, procurement, quality, and controls.
• Serve as liaison between Aecon, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Provide mentorship to Project Coordinators and junior staff.
• Support planning, forecasting, resource coordination, risk mitigation, and execution strategies.
• Lead procurement coordination, including review of requisitions, material status, expediting, and delivery management.
• Monitor material management to ensure critical items support schedules.
• Oversee reporting: progress, productivity, EV metrics, forecasting, executive updates.
• Support development of detailed schedules, look-ahead planning, and document control processes.
