Responsibilities

• Develop material, labour and equipment cost estimations per plans and specs.
• Maintain supplier/subcontractor lists and negotiate pricing.
• Analyze data to determine cost drivers and discrepancies.
• Interface with clients and vendors to resolve estimates.
