Qualifications

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial and light‑industrial HVAC and plumbing projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify scope, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop complete bid packages including labour, material, equipment, and subcontracted scopes.

Skills

Journeyman certification in HVAC, Plumbing, or Mechanical trades

Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings

Effective communication skills

Proficiency with estimating software
