Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
• 10 years of product development experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to identify, select, and collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Skills in planning, monitoring, and coordinating technical projects.
• Ability to meet deadlines and stay within budget.
• Creative and resourceful mindset.
• Ability to work in an Agile and collaborative environment.
• Good knowledge of SolidWorks and computerized design environments.
• Experience with finite element analysis (an asset).
• Knowledge of plastics processing techniques (an asset).
• Advanced proficiency in French and English.
