Job summary

Agilus by Synergie has a one-year contract in downtown Calgary for a Senior Maximo Business Analyst in the energy sector. You will partner with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable EAM solutions across maintenance and operations, enhancing asset performance and efficiency.

The role demands 10+ years in EAM/Maximo, strong maintenance know-how, and hands-on Maximo with EAM-ERP integrations. You’ll work four days in-office and one day from home, with compensation CAD 90–100/hour.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Maximo, or related enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of maintenance and asset management processes, including work management, PM, inventory, and purchasing.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional designs, testing scenarios, and system configurations.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo; knowledge of EAM-ERP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into EAM/Maximo functional solutions.
• Develop process flows, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support system enhancements, testing, releases, upgrades, and ongoing application sustainment.

Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is seeking a Senior Maximo Business Analyst to support and enhance Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) capabilities across maintenance and operations teams. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and support partners to deliver scalable solutions that improve asset performance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
