Job summary

S.I. Systems Ltd. is seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Analyst (IBM Maximo) in Calgary to design and implement Maximo solutions and support the Enterprise Asset Management platform. The role covers projects and continuous improvement with daily operations support and a potential for extension beyond the initial term.

Must have 6+ years in Maximo, MIF integrations, ITIL/COBIT knowledge, and SQL/Oracle data handling. Hybrid work setup in Calgary with MST hours.

Qualifications

6+ years of technical experience supporting and configuring IBM Maximo.
Experience developing integrations using the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).
Experience with ITIL, COBIT and ITSM tools; SQL/Oracle data handling; knowledge of Java/Python/C.

Responsibilities

Design and develop technical solutions for Maximo projects, improvements, and fixes, including application/UI design, security design, workflow configuration, automation scripts, escalations, and integrations.
Review design and technical documentation delivered by projects and peers to ensure consistency of solutions and alignment to the client’s Maximo standards.
Assist with day-to-day operations of the Maximo system when required, including general user inquiries and support, data exports and imports, application, integration, and database troubleshooting, and infrastructure and application performance management.
