Qualifications

• University degree in engineering/aerospace is required.
• Minimum fifteen years of experience in the aircraft industry.
• Good knowledge of aircraft structures, systems and completions.
• Knowledge of CATIA V5 and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and under pressure.
• Be well organized and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the support of engineering, manufacturing and in service
• Monitor partner weights and center of gravity
• Calculate weight from engineering documents
• Prepare weight status report, weight and balance report and weight estimates
• Support trade studies, initiate weight optimization activities, and generate inertia data and mass distribution report
• Participate in Change Management Process and incorporate changes into deliverables
