We are seeking a strategic, commercially driven, and customer‑focused Senior Marketing Manager to lead Resmed’s integrated marketing strategy across Canada. As the marketing leader for the Canadian market, this role will drive growth across the sleep apnea category through integrated provider and consumer marketing initiatives that increase awareness, accelerate CPAP adoption, improve patient engagement, and strengthen long‑term therapy retention.
Working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Digital, Revenue Operations, and Audience teams, this leader will develop national and regional marketing strategies that reflect the unique healthcare, reimbursement, and provider dynamics across Canada’s provinces and territories while maximizing commercial impact and market growth. Success will be measured through revenue growth, CPAP adoption, myAir engagement, rePAP participation, resupply growth, and market share expansion. Reporting into the Consumer team for Americas this leader will be impactful in shaping the growth for Canada and the entire region.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $124,000–$155,000 CAD. For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based on the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
