Job Description

So, what will your new role look like?

You’ll take a leading role in shaping the creative vision behind our marketing efforts. As the go-to person for high-impact design and art direction, you’ll bring campaigns to life, strengthen our brand identity, and ensure visual consistency across every touchpoint. You’ll collaborate closely with a talented group of marketers, writers, and creatives to build experiences that capture attention, drive engagement, and elevate our brand.

Responsibilities:

Design & Execution:

Design and deliver a wide range of digital and print marketing assets (ads, brochures, product sheets, whitepapers, presentation decks, social content, event materials).

Campaign Support:

Partner with brand leads to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and engagement.

Manage creative production timelines and processes for efficient delivery.

Branding & Visual Identity:

Maintain and evolve our brand’s visual language across all materials.

Contribute to the upkeep and documentation of design systems and brand libraries.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and messaging across print, digital, and video.

Enable internal teams to autonomously apply branding with confidence and accuracy.

Quality Assurance:

Review all designs for quality, accuracy, and consistency before release or publication.

Creative and Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Contribute to ideation and creative strategy sessions.

Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, product, and brand teams to elevate our creative direction.

A typical week?

You’ll juggle bold, high-visibility projects—like campaign launches, event branding, or design system evolution—alongside agile requests for social graphics, blog imagery, or internal materials. Expect a dynamic rhythm of deep creative focus, design critiques, and collaborative work with partners across marketing and brand.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in design; including at least 2 years in a similar lead designer or art director role;
  • Understanding of and experience building Brand Identity Guidelines and Design systems;
  • Expertise in Art Direction (campaign concepts; photo and video production; events; print production);
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop; Illustrator);
  • Microsoft Office/Google Suite: Strong skills in PowerPoint; Word; Excel; with the ability to create engaging presentations;
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work;
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; with the ability to present and explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders;
  • Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills; with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once;
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to approach design challenges with creative and effective solutions that align with business objectives.
