Job summary

CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking a Senior Communications & Marketing Specialist, Project Management & Workflow, to lead and implement marketing and communications projects across TV, radio and digital platforms in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong project management, writing and leadership skills, with experience coordinating multiple teams and external partners. This is a hybrid position with schedule discussions with the Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ related experience in Project Management, preferably in advertising/creative environments.
• Strong writing, leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience with digital media is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Create, vet, scope and build assignments across campaigns/projects.
• Coordinate workloads and flag bottlenecks or risks.
• Lead weekly operational team meetings and manage project status updates.
• Coordinate promotional materials and assets across Marketing and Communications teams.
