Job summary

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of related experience in project management, preferably in advertising, TV/film production or a creative environment.
• Demonstrated superior writing skills, leadership, creativity, strategic thinking, planning, organizational ability and interpersonal skills.
• Adobe Workfront or other project management systems experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, create, plan, and implement marketing and communications projects in support of CBC Radio, Television and Digital.
• Manage workbacks and production schedules; ensure stakeholders adhere to dates, tasks and deliverables.
• Lead and coordinate weekly operational team meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate promotional and public relations materials for Marketing and Communications teams and external needs.
• Coordinate daily work assignments for Creative teams and Post-Production staff, ensuring brand guidelines and asset formats meet requirements.
