Job summary

STEMCELL Technologies is seeking a Senior Marketing Automation Associate to join our Marketing Operations team in Burnaby, BC. You will configure, operate, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next to support marketing and sales initiatives, translating strategies into scalable audience segments, activation workflows, and data-driven campaigns.

This fixed-term contract runs through January 2028 and offers a comprehensive rewards package including health benefits and retirement savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2‑6 years of related work experience.
• Hands‑on experience with a marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Eloqua).
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next, Data 360 and Salesforce CRM is an asset.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, email marketing, and lead nurturing.
• Excellent communications and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage the Salesforce marketing automation platform used to send emails, orchestrate customer journeys, and manage customer data.
• Design and implement automated marketing programs and campaigns that support demand generation, lead nurturing, and customer engagement.

Job Description Summary

Are you looking to apply your expertise in marketing automation to optimize and scale innovative customer engagement strategies? If so, come join our Marketing Operations team as a Senior Marketing Automation Associate! In this role, you will help configure, operate, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next for various use cases across Marketing and Sales. You will be responsible for translating engagement strategies into aligned and scalable audience segments, activation workflows, and data-driven campaigns. You will contribute to initiatives aiming to improve marketing automation processes, programs, and systems, with the goal of enabling the capture and use of customer data at scale. Please note this is a fixed-term contract position with an estimated end date of January 2028.

Job Description Duties and Responsibilities

• Configure and manage the Salesforce marketing automation platform used to send emails, orchestrate customer journeys, and manage customer data
• Design and implement automated marketing programs and campaigns that support demand generation, lead nurturing, and customer engagement

Knowledge and Qualifications

• Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next, Data 360 and Salesforce CRM is considered an asset
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, email marketing, and lead nurturing
• Excellent communications and collaboration skills

The annual salary for this job ranges from: $72,700.00 - $98,300.00 STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job‑related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
