Job summary

Agoda is seeking a senior Data Analyst to define marketing strategy for the Flights vertical and to drive growth across channels. You will analyze large datasets, design experiments, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

The role requires strong BI skills, experience in data visualization, and leadership of a analytics team. Montreal-based, on-site position with collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Data Analyst roles, preferably in tech/e‑commerce/digital marketing.
• Bachelor's degree as listed above.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Define marketing strategy for Flights Vertical (excluding pricing).
• Spearhead development and optimization of Agoda's Flights growth across channels (CRM, paid).
• Perform end-to-end analyses of large datasets on channel performance and user behavior.
• Develop hypotheses, design experiments and analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Marketing Accommodation, Flights product and supply teams to identify opportunities and interpret trends.
• Monitor and report on initiative effectiveness and provide recommendations to improve results.
• Present complex findings clearly to senior management.
• Lead and develop a team of analysts and managers; participate in hiring.
