Agoda is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the marketing function for a strategic partnership, owning the P&L and directing a small team. The role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, shaping marketing strategy, and driving measurable business impact through data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with partner marketing leadership, regional teams, and Agoda's commercial and product teams to align marketing with business priorities and to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing, growth, or analytics roles.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools and dashboards.
• SQL proficiency for booking analysis and channel performance.
• Leadership and stakeholder management in a matrix organization.
• Understanding of P&L drivers and growth mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategy and P&L for the partnership.
• Own full marketing P&L and optimize cross-channel investments.
• Lead 2-3 marketing specialists and set OKRs.
• Drive measurement, dashboards, and analytics to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with partner marketing leadership and cross-functional teams.
