Our People Consulting professionals assist clients in managing and sustaining change related to people, processes, and technology. This includes stakeholder management, leadership development, organizational design, training, cultural assessment, talent management, workforce strategies, and communication planning.

The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Manager for our People Consulting Financial Services practice. You will gain diverse experiences working across various capabilities and service offerings within Financial Services, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and senior leaders. We focus on innovation and purpose, supporting your professional growth and leadership development.

Your key responsibilities

  • Bring extensive professional success and experience in senior consulting roles.
  • Deliver solutions across EY's services, including operating model design, organization design, change management, culture transformation, strategic workforce planning, and cost optimization.
  • Develop and implement change management and training strategies in transformational projects.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align project goals and support success.
  • Create comprehensive change management strategies for transformation programs.
  • Utilize advanced communication and stakeholder engagement techniques.
  • Manage and deliver agile transformation programs.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members.
  • Travel flexibility as required.

Minimum qualifications

  • Degree or Master’s in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Approximately 8-10 years of professional consulting experience.
  • Experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, communication, organizational design, training, and culture change.
  • Sector experience in banking, capital markets, insurance, or wealth management.
