Altis Technology in Toronto seeks a senior digital leader to influence the future of its customer experience and digital products. You will partner with senior technology, analytics, marketing, and business leaders to shape strategy, roadmaps, and governance across digital initiatives.

The role requires 10+ years of leadership in digital product or CX, strong stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, and experience with Agile delivery.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in digital product, customer experience, digital strategy, business transformation, or related disciplines.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build consensus across cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing strategic plans, digital roadmaps, or operating models that support long-term objectives.
• Strong understanding of digital experiences, customer journeys, product delivery, and performance measurement.
• Experience leveraging data, insights, market trends, and analytics to support decision-making.
