Altus Group is seeking a delivery-focused professional to coordinate the delivery process within the Delivery pod, guiding Analysts & Sr. Analysts and ensuring accurate, timely information is shared with clients and stakeholders.

You will review market data and USPAP-based valuation assumptions, run AE models, perform end-to-end valuations across asset types, mentor analysts, coordinate with GSC, and engage with clients and third parties to support the VMS process.

• Review market data and apply USPAP guidelines in valuations.
• Review third-party appraisal reports for compliance with USPAP.
