Our client is seeking a Senior Manager, Transformation Delivery Services for a permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership & Delivery: Lead and manage cross-functional implementation projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across all phases.
• Planning & Estimation: Prepare proposals, estimate project resources, and develop detailed plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate with internal teams, clients (including senior leadership), and external vendors to foster strong partnerships and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
• Monitoring & Risk Management: Track project progress, manage documentation, address issues promptly, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Business Development & Transformation Support: Support organizational transformation efforts and contribute to business development through proposal writing and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Education & Certification: Degree in business, IT, or project management with strong academic records; professional certifications like PMP, PgMP, or CSM are valued.
• Project Management Experience: Over 7 years leading technology or financial solution projects, especially enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strategic & Analytical Skills: Ability to align strategy with execution, select appropriate methodologies, and translate business needs into effective solutions.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Proven skills in team coordination, stakeholder management, and delivering transformation initiatives in dynamic environments.
• Communication & Business Development: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with consulting experience and involvement in client service and business development activities.

Must have work authorization for Canada.
