Are you a talented leader with a proven track record of motivating teams and delivering exceptional client service? Our Transformation Delivery services team in Montreal is looking for a professional like you with the skills and drive to make a real difference.

What You Will Do
  • Deliver engagements, manage project teams, including overall performance and delivery of large, cross-functional implementations.
  • Help prepare proposals, develop project estimates, and resource planning for solution implementation and support.
  • Create and deliver detailed project plans, budgets, and strategies to achieve objectives and facilitate transformation.
  • Maintain documentation of initiatives, including project plans, agendas, action items, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to methodologies, standards, and policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, client business and technical resources, and external vendors to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor task performance, scope, schedule, and quality, implementing proactive measures when needed.
  • Work with change management teams to ensure stakeholder and communications processes are in place.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with project stakeholders.
  • Identify and raise issues to program leaders as needed.
  • Coordinate with technical and business teams to define scope, estimate resources, and set success criteria.
  • Work with business partners on concepts, requirements, design options, and cost estimates for initiatives.
  • Contribute to the Organizational Transformation Services practice and participate in business development activities.
What You Bring To The Role
  • Undergraduate degree in business, IT, or project management with strong academic credentials.
  • 7+ years of experience managing technology or financial solutions projects.
  • Experience leading enterprise solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Certifications like PMP, PgMP, or CSM are assets.
  • Experience in consulting preferred.
  • Strategic thinking, methodology selection, and team coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver transformation projects and develop business relationships.
