Job summary

Doane Grant Thornton LLP is seeking a Senior Manager, Transactions to lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements across multiple industries. You will act as the day-to-day point of contact, directing meetings with clients and target management, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams including tax, IT, and valuation specialists.

• Plan, execute, direct and complete all aspects of both buy side and sell side financial due diligence engagement in a variety of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, technology, retail and distribution, and other diversified industries
• Serve as the day-to-day point person on engagements; lead meetings and calls with clients and target management
• Coordinate multidisciplinary diligence teams including tax, IT, and valuation specialists.
• Manage client expectations concerning project deliverables and deadlines and lead change efforts effectively
• Apply commercial
