Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Senior, or 5 years as a Manager in professional services.
• Experience in financial performance analysis or mergers & acquisitions.
• Ability to explain complex issues clearly to non-accountants.

Responsibilities

• Manage SPA advisory engagements for acquisitions or disposals.
• Advise clients on transaction mechanisms and financial analysis.
• Build and maintain client relationships for high-value projects.
