This opportunity leads KPMGI’s Third-Party Management Program, overseeing standards, assurance, dependency intelligence, testing validation, risk reporting, and program maturity across critical third-party relationships.

What you will do

• Lead and continually enhance KPMGI’s enterprise-wide Third-Party Risk Management Framework, operating model, standards, policies, controls, and governance structure.
• Drive consistent third-party management practices across the supplier lifecycle in collaboration with Global Functions, Member Firms, Procurement, Risk, Legal, Information Security, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee risk-based assurance reviews, conformance assessments, control testing, issue remediation, and ongoing monitoring for critical and strategic suppliers.
• Maintain visibility of critical supplier relationships and evaluate concentration, geographic, subcontractor, service dependency, and single-point-of-failure risks.
• Produce executive-level dashboards, risk insights, and strategic recommendations on supplier performance, assurance outcomes, emerging risks, and program maturity.
• Provide governance, dependency analysis, and risk assessment support during significant supplier disruptions while ensuring lessons learned and improvements are implemented.

What you bring to the role

• Minimum 10 years experience in third-party management, operational resilience, business continuity, supplier assurance, procurement risk, contract governance, or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience, with relevant certifications in third-party risk, resilience, information security, supplier management, or project management preferred.
• Demonstrate experience building, leading, and maturing enterprise-wide third-party management programs, governance models, standards, policies, and reporting frameworks.
• Possess strong knowledge of supplier lifecycle management, third-party risk, assurance, conformance, dependency management, and ongoing monitoring practices.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders across functions, cultures, and geographies.

KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information

The expected base salary range for this position is $104,000 to $150,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
